Creative Director / Strategist

Founder and creative of Mintoola creative & design, Heather Barrett is a lifelong maker and creator. Since a very young age you could find her immersed in some kind of art project. With dreams to become an interior designer early on in her education, she found a fond love of digital arts and graphic design. While still passionate about interior design, she focused on advertising and design. Now, with more than 10 years of experience working with a wide variety of clientele and a successful career in marketing, graphic design, and branding she is offering her expertise through Mintoola.

If something needs to be fixed or analyzed, Nick Barrett is the mind behind it. His expertise varies from web development, video editing and his favorite, web analytics. As a small team, we are able to work closely together to address our clients pain points and come up with the best solutions. 

Pixel (Office Frenchie)

Meet the office greeter and lunch thief, Pixel. Named after one of the most important design and web elements meaning; a minute area of illumination on a display screen, one of many from which an image is composed. Pixel's role is to help drive creativity, sometimes by distractions and/or walks that spark new creative ideas!
