Of course, everyone's process will be a little bit different depending on your needs.
But here is how the typical creative process goes.

1. Get Started

Let us know you’re ready to get started by reaching out. Once we receive your information, we’ll contact you to schedule a time to discuss your project.

2. Share Your Vision

If you like what you heard on our call and saw in your proposal (and we’re sure that you will), we’ll send you a welcome kit including some important information along with your design agreement, an invoice for your project deposit (50%), and a little bit of brand-inspiring, soul-searching homework. This homework is an essential part of the branding and design process, giving you the opportunity to explore and communicate your vision for your brand and giving us a more detailed picture to base your designs upon.

3. Mood Board

Mood boarding ensures we’re interpreting your vision as intended and serves as a guide when developing your brand or website. Your mood board will consist of samples of colors, textures, patterns, and images that represent the style your brand speaks to.

Now it’s time for us to work our magic! We’ll start crafting your brand and/or website based upon the results of your creative consultation, approved mood board, and if applicable, your wireframe.

4. Design Concepts

5. Refine & Perfect

Once your brand or website has been created, we’ll send it over for your approval and if needed, provide you with up to two rounds of revisions. We’ll ask you to put together a list of changes for us to implement and we’ll polish your design until its pixel perfect.

Once your design has been approved and your project balance paid, we’ll provide you with your deliverables neatly packaged and ready to implement. For web design clients, this means we’ll begin moving everything you saw on your test site to your domain for launch. You love your new design, now it’s time to share it with the world!

6. Share

Once everything is complete the work isn't always done. We are here for continual support if you have any questions, needs, or just want to keep connected. We will be here when you need us.
